ANIIMO Held Items Guide
Equip a Held Item from the selected ANIIMO's Held Items tab, then evaluate its displayed base stat, Core Effect and Advanced Effect. Enhancement can consume Held Item Cores or other Held Items, but the current evidence does not establish experience values, refund rules, a best-item tier list or the final endgame rarity ceiling.
- Gargantuan Horn is a worked example with BREAK 5.0% and a Core Effect granting 0.7 additional BREAK per level to the equipped Aniimo.
- The live Enhance screen exposes progress, material selection, Auto Select and Rare-, Epic- and Legendary-or-lower filters.
- Basic and Common Held Item Cores are dedicated enhancement materials with separately verified acquisition lists.

What Are Held Items in ANIIMO?
Held Items are equipment assigned to an ANIIMO. The current interface gives them their own tab alongside Skills, Star Up and Capability Awakening. A selected item’s panel can show a base stat, a Core Effect and an Advanced Effect, while the actions below the panel let you Equip or Enhance it.
This guide uses the client term Held Item. The repository has no first-party record establishing “Carried Item” as an equivalent current label, so that older search phrase is not presented as official terminology. It also has no structured Held Item encyclopedia: there are no verified item records, catalog count, complete rarity field, upgrade curves or drop tables in the current source data.
Where to Find the Held Items Menu
Open an ANIIMO’s detail or Training interface and choose the Held Items tab at the top. The supplied screen shows an inventory grid on the left, the selected item in the center, and its details on the right.
Before changing equipment, confirm which ANIIMO portrait is selected and read the exact effect panel. A visual match in the inventory is not enough to establish that two differently colored or rare items have identical scaling.
How to Equip a Held Item
Select an item from the inventory grid, review the right-hand panel, then use Equip. The screen shows a lock control as well, but the supplied evidence does not define every locking behavior, so this guide does not claim a recovery or protection rule.
Evaluate the complete card instead of only its rarity color. The base stat, Core Effect, current enhancement level and any Advanced Effect can describe different layers of value. There is not enough verified data for a universal “best Held Item” ranking, and an item that suits one ANIIMO’s role may not suit another.
Base Stats and Core Effects
The verified example is Gargantuan Horn. At +0, its panel displays:
- BREAK 5.0% as the shown base stat; and
- Core Effect: “Equipped Aniimo gain 0.7 additional BREAK per level.”
This is one specific Held Item. It does not prove that all items increase BREAK, gain 0.7 per level, start at the same percentage or share the same stat format. When comparing items, separate the immediately displayed base stat from wording that scales with item level.
The Core Effect names the equipped ANIIMO as the beneficiary. That makes the item part of the ANIIMO’s build, but it should not be confused with the ANIIMO’s own Skills, Potential, Personality or Resonance progression.
Advanced Effects
Gargantuan Horn’s panel contains an Advanced Effect section with a Tier 1 effect (0/10) progress display and a visible BREAK +2 line. The screenshot establishes that tier progress and an additional effect exist for this item.
It does not establish how progress is earned, whether every tier needs ten of the same resource, the number of tiers, duplicate-item behavior, or whether all Held Items use the same Advanced Effect pattern. Until those mechanics are independently captured, use the panel as the authority for the selected item rather than applying Gargantuan Horn’s values to the entire system.
How Held Item Enhancement Works
Choose Enhance from the item panel. The supplied enhancement screen shows the item’s current Enhance +0 state, a 0/100 progress bar, the displayed BREAK 5.0% stat, a Select Enhancement Materials area, Auto Select, and an Enhance action.
Review selected materials before confirming. The screenshot does not establish experience values, efficiency ratios, success rates, refunds, level caps or whether consumed equipment can be recovered. 0/100 is the visible progress for this current +0 example, not proof that every level always needs 100 of the same unit.
Held Item Cores
Basic Held Item Core is categorized as Held Item and described as “A crystal core brimming with energy, used as a material to enhance held items.” Its visible How to Obtain list is Elite Training, Defeat Alphas, and Chest.
Common Held Item Core uses the same visible description. Its acquisition list adds Pathfinder Challenge: Elite Training, Defeat Alphas, Pathfinder Challenge, and Chest. The names Basic and Common distinguish these two examples, but do not by themselves define a complete rarity ladder or relative experience yield.
Using Other Held Items as Enhancement Material
Held Item enhancement is not limited to dedicated Held Item Core materials; the user has verified in the live client that Held Items themselves can be selected and consumed as enhancement material.
That makes inventory review important. The evidence does not provide experience values, an efficiency comparison, refund rates, an optimal fodder rarity or a recovery mechanism. Do not interpret availability as a recommendation to consume valuable, equipped or hard-to-replace items. Locking or manually selecting items may help avoid mistakes, but no specific lock behavior is claimed here.
Rarity Filters and What We Can Confirm
The current enhancement material filter visibly offers Legendary or Lower, Epic or Lower, and Rare or Lower. These options confirm that the selection tool can limit Auto Select by shown rarity bands.
The screenshot comes from a mid-game account. It does not prove that Legendary is the maximum Held Item rarity, the maximum material tier, or the complete endgame ceiling. It also does not establish whether the order is an exhaustive rarity hierarchy. This guide records the visible filters and leaves unseen tiers unknown.
How to Choose a Held Item
Start with the ANIIMO’s role and the stat you actually need. Read the base stat, then the exact Core Effect and Advanced Effect. For Gargantuan Horn, all visible effect language points to BREAK, making it a clear example of a focused item; that does not make it universally best.
Next compare development cost. A stronger-looking item at +0 may have different scaling or Advanced Effect progress from an item you have already enhanced. Because the repository has no full item catalog or verified formulas, this guide cannot calculate break-even levels, tier lists or optimal feeding strategies.
Finally, preserve flexibility. Keep uncertain or unique items until their use is understood, and use dedicated Cores when that matches your inventory plan. If selecting other Held Items as materials, inspect the list before using Enhance.
Held Items vs Skills, Potential and Resonance
Held Items are equipment. Skills are actions or effects recorded on an ANIIMO; Potential tracks six attributes and Capability Awakening; Personality grants its documented combat and Homeland bonuses; and Resonance / Star Up is a separate Training progression with its own materials and level gates.
These systems can all affect performance, but evidence for one does not supply formulas for another. A Held Item’s BREAK value should not be added to Potential, Resonance or Skill text using an invented calculation. Use the Potential guide and Resonance & Star Up guide for those systems.
Should You Enhance Every Held Item?
No universal rule is supported. Enhancement consumes selected materials, including other Held Items, while the current evidence does not establish refund or recovery behavior. That favors deliberate upgrades over feeding everything immediately.
Prioritize an item only after its visible effect fits an ANIIMO you intend to use. Keep rare-looking or unfamiliar pieces until their Advanced Effects and acquisition difficulty are understood. This is inventory-risk guidance, not a claim that any specific rarity is scarce or that one item is endgame-optimal.
Common Held Item Mistakes
- Treating Gargantuan Horn’s BREAK scaling as a rule for every Held Item.
- Reading
0/100as a universal cost for all enhancement levels. - Calling Legendary the maximum rarity from a mid-game filter menu.
- Using Auto Select without reviewing which Cores or Held Items will be consumed.
- Guessing experience efficiency, refunds or recoverability.
- Mixing Held Item effects with Skills, Potential, Personality or Resonance formulas.
- Publishing a best-item tier list without a verified structured catalog.
ANIIMO Held Items FAQ
Where is the Held Items menu?
Open an ANIIMO’s detail or Training interface and choose the Held Items tab beside Skills, Star Up and Capability Awakening.
How do I upgrade a Held Item?
Select it, choose Enhance, add materials or review Auto Select, then use the Enhance action. Exact experience values are not established here.
Can Held Items be used as enhancement material?
Yes. The user verified this in the live client. Dedicated Basic and Common Held Item Cores can also be used.
Where do Held Item Cores come from?
Basic lists Elite Training, Defeat Alphas and Chest. Common lists those three plus Pathfinder Challenge.
Is Legendary the highest rarity?
Not proven. It is the highest “or Lower” filter visible in the supplied mid-game screen, not evidence of the endgame ceiling.
What is the best Held Item?
The current evidence cannot support a universal ranking. Match the item’s displayed effects to the ANIIMO’s role and your available upgrade resources.
Tips & warnings
- The repository has no structured Held Item catalog; this guide documents only supplied first-party examples.
- The visible mid-game filter menu does not prove the complete rarity hierarchy or maximum endgame tier.
- Other Held Items can be consumed as enhancement material; do not consume a valuable item without reviewing the selection.
